UMA REVISÃO SISTEMÁTICA DA LITERATURA

Resumo

Este artigo apresenta uma revisão sistemática da literatura sobre a integração da sustentabilidade nas grades curriculares dos cursos de Administração Empresarial, justificada pela crescente demanda do mercado por profissionais capacitados para lidar com desafios socioambientais e pela necessidade de formar gestores preparados para implementar práticas empresariais responsáveis. A metodologia adotada foi essencialmente bibliográfica, envolvendo a análise de dados secundários provenientes de artigos científicos, livros e documentos institucionais que abordam experiências de integração da sustentabilidade no ensino de Administração. Os resultados evidenciam que, apesar do aumento de iniciativas para incorporar a sustentabilidade nos currículos, ainda existem desafios significativos, como a fragmentação do conhecimento, resistência institucional e falta de capacitação docente. Adicionalmente, identificou-se que abordagens interdisciplinares e metodologias ativas de ensino mostram-se mais eficazes para o desenvolvimento de competências sustentáveis nos futuros administradores, contribuindo para a formação de profissionais capazes de conciliar resultados econômicos com responsabilidade socioambiental.
